Ben Katz

As a coach with Stand & Deliver, Ben has partnered with leaders and teams from Google, Cisco, UBS, Roche, and 89bio to help them craft and convey ideas with precision, positioned for the highest impact. At the heart of his work is a belief in the transformative power of communication, and the unlimited potential of each client organization. Whether coaching executive presence or enhancing the leadership skill of listening, Ben’s practical, repeatable approach empowers teams to deliver empathetic, persuasive messages that resonate deeply with their audience.

Based in New York, Ben is a specialist in voice, speech, and on-camera techniques, focusing on helping leaders communicate with clarity and gravitas. Drawing on 15 years of experience in the performing arts, including roles on stages across the U.S. and on television, he equips leaders with tools to harness their expertise and create memorable messages that demonstrate crystal-clear credibility and move audiences to action. 

Ben holds an MFA in Acting from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts and serves as a Visiting Professor of Voice and Speech at UC Santa Barbara’s BFA Acting Program, where he inspires the next generation of performers.
