In her work with Stand & Deliver, Nike has helped teams find personal stories to share their brand internally and externally; coached executives to build presence, confidence and leadership impact; and worked with teams in transition to redefine their roles within and outside the organization. She has a specialty in vocal expression, empowering individuals to realize greater communicative power through the integration of voice, thought and action.
Nike is a classically trained actor whose credits include extensive roles on film and stage (including the South Coast Repertory, the Mark Taper Forum and the American Conservatory Theatre) as well as appearances in major network television series such as Desperate Housewives, ER, and NYPD Blue. She is a recipient of the prestigious 2011 Lunt-Fontanne Fellowship, awarded to the top regional stage actors in America. She has taught at UCLA, USC, The Stella Adler School and The Antaeus Company, and holds a BA from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and an MFA from the American Conservatory Theater.
