Brittani Ward

Brittani merges her creative vision, leadership skills, and a genuine belief in the power of connection to help others communicate with confidence and purpose. Since joining Stand & Deliver, Brittani has worked with Google, Microsoft, Cisco, CBRE IM, Transwestern, Carmel Partners, and more. Known for her approachability and discernment, Brittani elicits courage, guiding clients to take risks while staying true to their genuine selves.

Brittani is an entrepreneurial filmmaker. She worked as a Casting Director for over a decade, frequently collaborating with world-renowned talent. She founded acting studio Accomplished on Camera, where she personally trained hundreds of actors from 2019 to 2023, then co-founded 521 Films, which propelled her into directing and producing. Brittani’s background empowers her steadfast commitment to DEIA and purpose-driven leadership.

Brittani graduated cum laude with a BA from DePaul University. She has been honored as an Alumna of Excellence by DePaul and her high school. Brittani’s films have earned prestigious recognition, including a Special Jury Award at Sundance and ‘Best New Vision’ at Cinequest in Silicon Valley. Brittani lives in Chicago, IL, where she has been selected by Newcity’s Film 50 – a Leaders of Chicago Culture publication.
