Carrie Paff
At Stand & Deliver, Carrie has supported leaders at Google, Genentech, Autodesk, Caterpillar and Deloitte, among many others. She helps organizations shape their narratives and create healthy, high-performing cultures – while empowering individuals to find their authentic voices and ascend to the next level of leadership.
She has also coached for Stanford’s Graduate School of Business and led innovation workshops for their Top 500 Poland program.
Carrie is an accomplished stage actor with 20 years of leading roles in regional theater. Her Off-Broadway credits include About Alice (by New Yorker writer Calvin Trillin) and Ideation, which received a Critic’s Pick from The New York Times. She can be heard in Pixar’s The Good Dinosaur, Finding Dory and the Toy Story 4 short Lamp Life.
She is the proud co-founder of StageWrite, a thriving non-profit building literacy through the theater with inner-city elementary schoolchildren. She holds a B.A. in Theatre Arts and Women's Studies with honors from the University of California at Santa Cruz and an M.A. in Educational Theatre from New York University.
