Nawal Bengholam

Nawal is a seasoned professional whose diverse expertise bridges the worlds of entertainment, coaching, and business consulting. Her work has significantly impacted clients at many non-profits, including Cartier Women’s Initiative and Women Leaders for the World.

Nawal has combined her backgrounds in stage and business to coach executives at companies like Caterpillar, Carmel Partners, and Medtronic on their delivery and presence. With an interest in empathy and resilience, particularly among female executives, Nawal uses her expertise to help leaders articulate their vision and organizational purpose.

Nawal grew up in Casablanca/Morocco and is fluent in English, French and Arabic. She currently resides in Los Angeles. She graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a dual major in Animal Physiology/Neuroscience and French Literature, and holds additional degrees in Physical Science and Mathematics. In her spare time, she cherishes her philanthropy work, most notably with buildOn, Medicine for Humanity, The Flying Samaritans, and Women Creating Change.
