Carrie helps organizations shape their narratives and cultivate healthy, high-performing cultures – while empowering individuals to discover their authentic voices and ascend to the next level of leadership. In the past ten years with Stand & Deliver, she has partnered with global industry leaders at Google, Waymo, Genentech, Autodesk, Cisco, Deloitte and Stanford’s Graduate School of Business, among many others.
Carrie is also an accomplished stage actor with 25 years of leading roles in regional theater. Her Off-Broadway credits include About Alice (by famed New Yorker writer Calvin Trillin) and Ideation, which received a Critic’s Pick from The New York Times. Her voice work can be heard in Pixar’s The Good Dinosaur, Finding Dory and the Toy Story 4 short Lamp Life.
She is the proud co-founder of StageWrite, a thriving nonprofit that builds literacy through theater with underserved elementary school children. She holds a B.A. in Theatre Arts and Women’s Studies, with honors, from the University of California Santa Cruz, and an M.A. in Educational Theatre from New York University.
