Peter James Meyers
CEO
Peter J. Meyers, CEO of Stand & Deliver, is a communication consultant who has worked with numerous governors, presidential candidates, ambassadors, CEO's and leaders worldwide to achieve greater influence through the spoken word.
A graduate of the University of Southern California, he is the former artistic director of the award-winning Vector Theater Company in San Francisco. In founding Stand & Deliver, Peter synthesized his experience in sports (as a tennis and ski instructor), in theater (as an actor and director), and high performance psychology (as a teacher at the Esalen Institute), connecting the three disciplines to develop Stand & Deliver’s High Performance Communication curriculum. He has taught performance and leadership skills at the Esalen Institute, American Conservatory Theatre, Stanford University, Dominican University and the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland. He is the author of As We Speak, published by Simon & Schuster.
Marcia Pizzo
Partner and Head of Community Enrichment
Marcia has been a part of the Stand & Deliver team since its inception 25 years ago. She has worn many hats within the organization. As a Performance Coach traveling the world working with Fortune 500 companies, Marcia has helped individuals free their voices by changing their mindset and limiting beliefs. As head of faculty development, she has recruited and onboarded new, talented coaches. Presently, Marcia is focusing on our Thrive Initiative, expanding our Community Outreach to nonprofits and NGO’s globally.
In addition to her work with Stand & Deliver, Marcia is an accomplished actress who has performed in more than 80 professional theatre productions, including some of the great Shakespearean women, from Lady Macbeth to Cleopatra, and prominent musical roles such as Eliza Doolittle in My Fair Lady and Anna in The King and I.
Marcia earned her BA from UCLA and her Master’s degree from the American Conservatory Theatre.
Erica Jennings
Head of Business Development
Erica Jennings, Head of Business Development, brings to Stand & Deliver experience in finance, relationship management and marketing communications. With Stand & Deliver since 2013, Erica has contributed to Stand & Deliver's growth as Chief of Staff and VP of Sales & Marketing.
As the Marketing Manager for Epylon Corporation, an eProcurement software provider for educational and government institutions, Erica led public relations, brand development and event management efforts. Prior to that, Erica was a Registered Trading Assistant for a top-producing Managing Director in Capital Markets, Institutional Sales and Private Client Wealth Management at Merrill Lynch.
Before joining Stand & Deliver, Erica took time off to focus her energies on raising her three boys and chairing fundraising associations for their schools and the community hospital.
Erica holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Economics and English from University of California, Berkeley.
Amy Ourso
Chief of Staff
At Stand & Deliver, Amy plays a central role in how we scale, how we lead, and how we stay true to what we teach. She partners with the CEO to set strategy, drive growth, and ensure the company runs with focus, integrity, and forward motion. From aligning the leadership team to managing firm-wide priorities, Amy connects the dots between vision and execution.
With more than two decades of experience across brand strategy, creative direction, and executive leadership, Amy brings a rare blend of structure and perspective. She’s known for sound judgment, steady leadership, and the ability to drive focus in fast-moving environments.
Amy holds dual degrees in History and Latin from Southeastern Louisiana University and a Master’s in Educational Psychology from the University of Georgia. She’s a passionate tennis player, avid backpacker, and dedicated volunteer for youth-focused nonprofits. She lives in Columbus, Georgia.
Lyuba Kolomiyets
Director of Finance
Lyuba is the Director of Finance at Stand & Deliver where she oversees the company's finances and works closely with our clients to ensure an effortless procurement process.
Prior to Stand & Deliver, Lyuba spent fifteen years in finance and business admin leadership roles in legal, manufacturing, and retail industries. Adept at implementing innovative procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy, as recommended in Quality Management Systems. Lyuba has overseen and facilitated several mergers and acquisitions in the past, ensuring a smooth transition and successful integrations.
Lyuba resides in Sacramento, CA and holds a B.S. in Accounting from Sacramento State University.
Mudit Yadav
Senior Director
Mudit has coached international teams at Autodesk, Cisco, Google, Plaid, Diageo, Siemens, Randstad, Roche, PwC, EY, Workday and other organizations across multiple industries. He specializes in helping business leaders create clear and impactful messages that resonate with their audiences.
Mudit is recognized as a sought-after keynote speaker and holds an international certification as a success coach accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). He has had the opportunity to speak to over 415,000 individuals from more than 48 countries, including appearances at various TEDx events. Notably, he was honored with the title of 'Millennial Coach of the Year' at the 2019 World HRD Congress.
With a background as a Chartered Accountant and a CFA Charterholder, Mudit began his career as a strategy consultant with a prominent Big 4 firm.
In addition to his professional achievements, Mudit is the author of two books published by Penguin Random House, including Be Invincible - The Mindset, Skills, and Habits for Sustainable Growth and Success.
Moda Marseille
Executive Assistant, Sales & Marketing
Moda Marseille serves as Executive Assistant, Sales & Marketing, where she supports global engagements and ensures seamless collaboration with clients and partners. A graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, she combines strong organizational skills with an endless curiosity about how people think, learn, and communicate.
Her studies in philosophy and neuroscience shape how she sees the world and inform both her professional and personal life. That same curiosity underpins her commitment to meditation as a daily practice, which she cultivates and shares as a way to foster perspective and compassion. Outside of work, she finds inspiration in art museums and enjoys spending time outdoors, grounding her work in creativity and balance.
Based in Berkeley, she brings precision and warmth to her role, always aiming to embody Stand & Deliver’s mission to help leaders communicate with purpose and impact.
Sara Krasneck
Director of Client Experience
Sara brings over a decade of experience in event management and conference operations. Before joining Stand & Deliver, she spent nine years at Gartner, where she led everything from intimate VIP engagements to large-scale B2B conferences, ensuring seamless experiences for all attendees. With a strong background in event strategy, logistics, and operations, she has worked closely with executives and cross-functional teams to deliver impactful programs that enhance client engagement and boost brand presence. Sara’s approach combines strategic oversight with a keen eye for detail, allowing her to create events that run smoothly while aligning with broader organizational goals.In addition to her event expertise, Sara has managed and mentored high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and empowering individuals to do their best work.
Outside of work, Sara is passionate about photography, staying active on her Peloton, and keeping up with pop culture. She’s also becoming quite the "Lego Master” with her son and loves playing games and watching game shows with her family.
Born and raised in the Chicagoland area, Sara holds both a bachelor’s degree and an MBA from Saint Xavier University.
Claudia Ransom
Senior Partnership Manager
Claudia Ransom brings to Stand & Deliver over fifteen years of experience in global sales and relationship management, having developed international teams and business processes.
Born and educated in Germany, Claudia graduated from the Ludwig-Erhard School of Business with a degree in Economics and has worked in operations, finance, and administration for Ricoh Electronics, Converse, Team Freedom International, and ICN Pharmaceuticals.
Claudia has trained hundreds of people all over the world virtually and in-person in relationship development and management, conflict resolution, event planning, and sales presentation skills. She has also appeared as a corporate sales and customer service trainer in Australia, South Korea, China, Thailand, Germany, Austria, the U.S., and Japan. Claudia is a recipient of the Platinum Award in the David Byrd Elite Leadership Development Program.
In her spare time, Claudia loves traveling, spending time with her husband and their four children, cooking up vegetarian feasts, yoga & belly dancing, and enjoys reading personal development and motivational books.
Kim Hamilton
Partnership Manager
As a Partnership Manager, Kim brings diverse professional experience to serve an array of Stand & Deliver’s clients such as Google, Siemens, Vifor, Pepsico, Autodesk, and Cisco, among others.
Prior to her tenure at Stand & Deliver, Kim served as a Business Development Specialist in the Engagement Department of University Credit Union. As a founding Engagement Officer, she helped build a team that led to groundbreaking partnerships within the community.
Kim’s talent for bringing creative visions to life ensures detailed and customized execution of our engagements. As Co-Artistic Director and Producer for the Los Angeles-based Ammunition Theatre Co., she blended her business acumen and creativity to cultivate a vibrant artistic community and contribute to the cultural landscape of the city. A few of her certifications include Business Management Practices, CCUFC, Blue Ocean Strategy and Microsoft Excel.
Currently based in Lisbon, Portugal, she dedicates her free time to ceramics, cycling, and exploring various corners of Europe.
Carla Hofmann
Accounting Specialist
Carla Hofmann brings a diverse set of operational and technical skills to her role as an Accounting Specialist at Stand & Deliver. Carla works closely with our Director of Finance to provide support in management analysis, financial reporting, project coordination, accounting & procurement, and payroll.
Carla previously spent 7 years in the audiovisual & IT technology industry, where she gained significant experience as an accountant, marketing & sales manager and human resources lead.
Born and raised in the Philippines, Carla holds a BS in Computer Management and Accounting from Ateneo de Naga University, as well as an MBA from Westcliff University with a concentration in IT Project Management.
Carla enjoys gardening, weightlifting, and spending time with her husband in their new home in Southern California.
Abby Talla
Client Advocate & Faculty Liaison
As a Client Advocate & Faculty Liaison, Abigael Talla supports Stand & Deliver’s high-performing faculty by managing client development efforts and strategic outreach. With a keen eye for efficiency, she has contributed to streamlining processes that enhance faculty engagement and strengthen client partnerships. Prior to this role, she served as an Executive Assistant, providing high-level support to Senior Directors and other high-performing faculty to ensure seamless business development operations.
Formerly a fashion designer and production manager, Abigael Talla has built a diverse career spanning fashion, media relations, merchandising, and hospitality management. With a strong foundation in business operations and customer experience, she has led teams across retail and service industries, focusing on strategic client engagement and seamless workflow management. Her expertise in aligning business strategy with customer needs informs her approach to fostering meaningful client relationships.
Abigael holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management from FIDM with a background in Fine Arts and Menswear Design. A passionate traveler and outdoor enthusiast, Abby is fluent in English and Tagalog and she currently resides in Mexico with her partner.
Greg Anderson
Associate Director
Greg Anderson’s work with teams from Google, Meraki, and Blue Cross has emphasized the power of storytelling in high-performance communication. He coaches business leaders with the same focus he brought to some of America’s top theater companies, “prioritizing clarity and precision of thought and emotional honesty.”
Greg holds a BA from Duke University, where he has also taught Arts Entrepreneurship and helped develop their network of guest speakers. For the Remy Bumppo Theatre Company, he taught a popular class on the philosophy of art and aesthetics. He has appeared on television for NBC, ABC, FOX, MTV, and Starz.
As a political consultant, Greg served on campaign advance teams for members of the US Congress and candidates for President. He is currently based in Chicago.
Rob Baedeker
Senior Director
In his time with Stand & Deliver, Rob has worked with senior leaders and teams at organizations including Roche/Genentech, Google, Siemens, and BlackRock, and with national U.S. politicians, startup founders, philanthropic foundations, and premier universities in the U.S., Europe and Latin America.
He is a writer whose work has appeared in a wide range of publications including Newsweek, The San Francisco Chronicle, The Wall Street Journal, Forbes Traveler, and the Harvard Business School Press.
Rob was a founding member of the Stanford Improvisors and a co-founder of the award-winning San Francisco-based comedy group Kasper Hauser, whose work has been featured on Public Radio International’s “This American Life” and “Marketplace,” NPR’s “All Things Considered” and CNN.
Rob holds a B.A. in Modern Thought and Literature from Stanford University and an M.A. in English from the University of Pennsylvania. He is the co-author of several books including, most recently, What to Talk About.
John Baron
Movement/Body Language and Voice Specialist
John works with clients to identify sources of unnecessary physical and vocal tension, enabling them to release their full and connected presence into any room. He has worked in private practice in his native England, in Italy and in the US, with diverse organizations including Fireman’s Fund Insurance, Google Inc., San Francisco Opera, Cal State East Bay, Voicetrax, as well as for the Esalen and Sundance Institutes.
John studied with some of Europe’s finest voice teachers, including Kate Fleming, the voice director of the National Theatre. His major teacher was Florence Norburg, who taught Laurence Olivier, Vanessa Redgrave, and Rex Harrison. The Arts Council of Great Britain awarded him a scholarship to study with Ms. Norburg.
He has enjoyed 25 years of work with the San Francisco Ballet. John is also a senior teacher/teacher trainer of The Alexander Technique, used extensively by actors, speakers and performers throughout the arts world as a means of mind-body integration and for dealing with performance tension. He lives and works in Sausalito, California.
Jessica Berman
Accent & Voice Specialist
Jessica supports Stand & Deliver’s clients as an accent and voice specialist with the outcome of maintaining their authentic voices while enhancing clarity and understandability for more impactful, dynamic communication. Jessica draws on her work as a Dialect Coach in the theatre, combining creative and embodied approaches with technical precision.
Jessica has worked extensively in the Bay Area and UK, most recently serving as Co-Head of Voice and Dialects for Harry Potter and the Cursed Child at the Curran Theatre in San Francisco. She is a Lecturer in Acting, Voice, and Speech in the Department of Theatre, Dance, and Performance Studies at UC Berkeley.
Based in the Bay Area, Jessica holds an MA in Professional Voice Practice from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire and an MFA in Voice Studies from the Royal Central School of Speech and Drama.
Kelsey Brennan
Performance Coach
Kelsey brings a dynamic and versatile skill set to her work at Stand & Deliver, where she has coached teams from industry-leading organizations such as Google, Cisco Systems, Genentech, Caterpillar, and UCSF Radiology. As an ACC-level coach certified with the International Coaching Federation, her approach helps leaders find the curiosity and clarity necessary to bridge the gap between a powerful idea and its impact.
Additionally, Kelsey is a learning facilitator at the T. Denny Sanford Institute for Empathy and Compassion at UC San Diego, applying her diverse background to improve communication between physicians and patients, inform medical training, and bolster empathy among healthcare teams. As an actor, Kelsey has appeared on stage throughout the US, most notably as a Core Company Actor at American Players Theatre, where she appeared in more than 30 productions over her 16-year tenure.
Kelsey holds a BFA from the Honors Tutorial College at Ohio University and trained in the Certified Professional Coach program at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. She currently resides in Los Angeles.
Alexis Chamow
Senior Director
In her almost decade with Stand & Deliver, Alexis has worked around the world and across industries with leaders and teams at organizations like American Express, EQT Partners, Chan-Zuckerberg Initiative, Deloitte, Medtronic, Pokemon, Workday, Autodesk and UDEM University in Mexico. She specializes in supporting senior leaders, designing bespoke programs that are culturally and organizationally compelling, supporting teams looking to align in times of transition, and executive coaching.
Alexis is a PCC-level coach certified since 2015 with the International Coach Federation. Additionally, she serves as a coach mentor, and is currently credentialing as a coach supervisor through the European Mentoring & Coaching Council. In 2022 she co-authored a chapter on manifesting and reciprocating resilience published in Routledge’s Coaching Supervision,Voices from the Americas, and has presented on the chapter at various coaching conferences and forums nationally and internationally.
As a long-time performer, educator, producer and director, Alexis has collaborated with major regional theatres around the country. Her portfolio also includes directing, producing, improvising, voiceover work and guest teaching at universities and institutions across the US and Europe. Alexis is experienced at applying theatre and coaching techniques with non-performers to enhance communication, presence and performance.
David DeSantos

As a consultant with Stand & Deliver, David partners with leaders in AI and tech at companies like Cisco, Microsoft, and Google, using an empathetic approach to narrative storytelling to drive powerful and meaningful conversations. Known for creating connections that shape impactful communication, he helps clients craft narratives that resonate deeply, enabling them to lead with authenticity and purpose.
David brings over a decade of experience coaching high-level professionals and creatives in unlocking their full communicative potential. As a Master Teacher at BGB Studios, he has helped individuals sharpen their presence, find their voice, and develop compelling storytelling skills. His work extends beyond business and performance, with more than ten years of experience mentoring young writers through Young Storytellers, a nonprofit dedicated to empowering students through storytelling.
David’s expertise lies in the intersection of communication, performance, and leadership—helping clients move from delivering information to creating engagement that inspires action.
Based in Los Angeles with his wife and son, David is also an accomplished actor with recurring roles on Animal Kingdom, The Rookie, and Roswell: New Mexico. He currently stars as Rodrigo Sanchez on CBS’s S.W.A.T.
Rudi Doku
Performance Coach
Rudi is an international leadership facilitator and executive coach who consults with business leaders across the globe to strategically improve leadership, organizational culture, employee engagement and to create inclusive environments. His experience spans a broad range of industries including Banking, IT, Mining, and early growth companies, working with organizations like BHP, Experian, East-West Seed, INSEAD, Standard Chartered Bank, and Yara International. He has coached clients in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand. His areas of expertise include adaptive leadership, team effectiveness, and leadership decision-making.
Rudi holds a Master’s Degree in Organisational Psychology from INSEAD. Prior to coaching, Rudi worked in consulting, HR, project management, and software integration roles with Deloitte, Accenture, and Standard Chartered Bank, as well as coaching MBA students at INSEAD business school.
Rudi currently resides in Melbourne, Australia and he has a passion for Italian food, Muay Thai and Basketball.
Manoel Felciano

From cultivating leadership presence at Google and Genentech to guiding delicate internal conversations at Cisco, Mano looks to surface the unique value of each Stand & Deliver client organization and leader, marshaling that authenticity in the service of transformative, audience-centric communication that moves beyond competence to influence and action
A Tony-nominated New York actor with 9 Broadway credits, Mano has also guest-starred on numerous television shows, including The Blacklist, Elementary, and NCIS, as well voiced commercials for Cologuard, Ford, McDonalds, AT&T, Toyota, and others.
A Yale graduate, with an M.F.A from NYU Tisch, and the International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma, he has been a guest faculty member at Columbia University and has taught master classes around the country. A dual citizen, Mano speaks 3 languages.
Adam Fierman
Associate Director
Adam has worked with teams at Google, Cisco, Randstad, and Vifor to increase confidence in their communication and leadership skills. Blending his expertise in brand marketing, advertising, and public relations, he helps clients discover the power of strong personal branding, guiding them to develop and communicate authentically. Our clients particularly benefit from Adam's diverse experience and extensive global exposure, which provide valuable insights in navigating the complexities of today's business landscape.
Driven by his deep curiosity, Adam holds degrees in consumer psychology and Arabic from Vassar College. As an award-winning creative director and writer, he has meaningfully impacted businesses across North America, Europe, Asia and the Middle East. A partner to top global brands, Adam has developed communication strategies that resonate with audiences worldwide.
Peggy Flood
Senior Coach
Peggy has worked with Stand & Deliver clients such as Cisco Systems, Genentech, Deloitte and Randstad. She is particularly skilled at helping women find their voices, literally and figuratively, and draws on her rich experience as a voice actor with thirty years of experience behind the microphone. She can be heard in the recent Transformers movie, The Sopranos, Soul and Stranger Things, to name a few. She has appeared in theater, film, and television, both in New York City and Los Angeles. Her first on–camera job was on the long-running soap opera, “The Guiding Light.”
As co-director of the production arm of the Yale Summer Film Institute for 15 years, Peggy designed and taught the Acting in Film class, where directors and actors learn the collaborative nature of filmmaking. She also works as a private coach to working actors in Los Angeles. She holds a B.A. in Anthropology from U.C. Berkeley and graduated from the Circle in the Square Professional Acting Workshop in New York City.
Dionisio Garcia
Performance Coach
Dionisio Garcia, Performance Coach, comes to Stand & Deliver from a career with PepsiCo Latin America, where he was responsible for Business Transformation and was CIO for the region.
He continues his work as an entrepreneur, independent business consultant, board member and sponsor of several organizations promoting better health practices in Mexico. He started his career at Procter & Gamble in Mexico, at the Engineering Center, and then served in positions throughout Mexico, Latin America and Europe, including manufacturing, human resources, sales and marketing, and procurement.
Dionisio graduated as an electronic engineer from the Monterrey Institute of Technology (ITESM) in Monterrey, Mexico, where he also earned a Masters in Business Administration and a Finance Diploma. He is an avid marathon runner, and recently learned Portuguese
Rodney Gardiner
Performance Coach
As a consultant with Stand & Deliver, Rodney utilizes his dynamic storytelling techniques to transform organizational narratives. Drawing from his rich background in stage performance, Rodney is particularly skilled at helping clients, such as the Chan-Zuckerberg Institute and Vifor, to compose and deliver information in a way that is relevant and relatable.
Rodney brings his experience garnered from many years as a Shakespearean actor, screen actor, and stand-up comedian to helping organizations tell their story with a vibrant purpose.
Rodney has been a traveling performer since his childhood, playing to audiences at detention centers, rehab facilities, shelters, conventions, and political leaders. He learned early on that no matter the venue people crave a good story told well.
Rodney lives in Los Angeles with his wife and two children. He can be seen regularly on major streaming services, comedy club stages, and touring his solo theatre work around the country.
Sophia Goard
Performance Coach
Sophia creates the conditions for communication breakthroughs, empowering leaders and teams to achieve transformative results. Combining the art and science of high-performance communication, she has worked with leaders from global organizations such as Google, Cisco, Genentech, and Caterpillar, helping them express themselves with greater courage, clarity, and presence. Her dynamic approach inspires individuals to turn communication challenges into opportunities for connection and impact.
A seasoned facilitator with a background in bioscience and business, Sophia focuses on transforming the personal and collective stress often associated with communicating into personal and collective power.
Sophia holds a First Class BSc in Biology from the University of Southampton and a diploma in healthcare, has co-founded a UK-based company, and was at one time the UK’s youngest professional foraging guide. A dual citizen, Sophia speaks three languages and has lived in four countries. She is a One Young World Ambassador and supports various NGOs working for climate stability and access to literacy.
Marvin Greene
Senior Advisor
Marvin has worked with Stand & Deliver since 2012, serving clients including Black Rock, Genentech, Twilio, Segment, State Fund, Deloitte, and Cisco. Marvin focuses on helping individuals and teams find relevance in their messages; communicate honestly and without pretense; elevate their confidence; learn to read others; and communicate with brevity.
Marvin is an accomplished actor, teacher, director and musician whose honors include a Drama-Logue award for best actor in a stage production. He has taught acting at ACT, Berkeley Rep, the Academy of Art University and Voice One in San Francisco, among others. A graduate of Brown University in English literature, Marvin received his M.F.A. in theater from the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco. He has performed in regional theater, voice-over, television and film, and currently teaches a private acting class.
As a musician, he has led and joined jazz and blues bands at clubs, festivals and concerts throughout the United States. His past jobs have included bartender, New York City taxi driver and coal miner.
Rebecca Hirota
Director
As an executive performance and behavioral consultant, Rebecca has worked across industries and continents with organizations such as Goldman Sachs, Microsoft, Siemens, Pfizer, and LinkedIn.
She brings a distinctive blend of psychology and performance technique to her communication training—shaped by a lifelong curiosity about how we think, the stories we tell, and how to express our ideas with authenticity and impact. Before entering the world of consulting, Rebecca built a career as a choreographer and performer, taking her work around the globe and most recently to the stages of New York.
Rebecca holds a Master’s degree from Columbia University and a BA in Psychology from Boston University. She is also certified through Equinox, YogaWorks, and the Yoga Alliance.
Neagheen Homaifar
Performance Coach
Neagheen’s work with Stand & Deliver has included coaching teams from PwC, Cartier Women’s Initiative, and Skyline Construction. At its core, her work is oriented toward helping leaders express themselves richly and efficiently. Her background in entrepreneurship, education, consulting, and performance contributes to her guiding beliefs that curiosity, humanity, and collaboration are what sustain strong leaders.
Neagheen’s expertise is derived from both the business and performance worlds. As a management consultant, she worked with the nation’s largest urban school districts, philanthropic organizations, and for-profit education entities. From there, she went on to join the founding team of Minerva University, a global liberal arts and sciences institution named the most innovative university in the world. As director of admissions, she helped originate and operationalize a merit-based selection process used by tens of thousands of applicants from over 95 countries each year.
As a performer, Neagheen has worked on screen with TV networks including NBC/Peacock, FOX, and Apple Studios as well as in film and theater. These experiences have reinforced the importance of using the voice, body, and one's state of mind to effectively communicate in any setting.
Neagheen graduated with honors from Harvard College, is a recipient of the International Baccalaureate Diploma, and is based in Washington DC.
Ben Johnson
Associate Director
Ben is a communication consultant who helps leaders and teams from today’s most successful, innovative businesses develop powerful, human-centered communication skills. As an actor, improviser, and physical comedian, Ben has performed in over ninety cities across the United States and in ten countries around the world with such companies as Cirque du Soleil, Improv Playhouse of San Francisco, and the American Conservatory Theater.
Ben earned his master's degree in teaching from Brown University and has over twenty years of experience as an educator and trainer. He lives in New York City with his wife and their three children.

Damon is a longtime independent school educator, having served as head of Mark Day School in San Rafael, California from 1987 to 2011 and interim head of the Branson School in Ross, California in 2014-15. With audiences ranging from Ph.Ds. to kindergarteners (often at the same time), Damon has successfully crafted messages to inspire, console, inform, teach, excite and fundraise on a frequent basis. “Leading a school coming out of a crisis,” Damon says, “I was faced with high-stakes presentations every day, sometimes multiple times. A clear understanding and application of Stand & Deliver’s principles of content, delivery and state were all critical to my success on a regular basis.”
Damon lives in Marin County and can often be found there riding his Elliptigo, a cross between a racing bike and an elliptical machine.

Barnaby brings two decades of knowledge and expertise in performance research and practice to his work at Stand & Deliver with clients like Vifor, Cisco, Genentech and Apeel. He is dedicated to helping leaders inspire powerful action in their teams. He is motivated by the joy and fulfillment people experience when they get to embody and express their truest selves.
Combining his performance background with his teaching experience, Barnaby has developed tools to support our clients in developing their ability to manage their mindset in high-stakes situations and to connect with audiences in a way that engenders trust.
He holds a PhD in Performance Studies from Northwestern University and is the author of Ridicule and Resistance, a study of the social impact of circus arts in Latin America.
Dan Klein

Dan Klein, Program Director and Performance Coach, has been a member of the Stand & Deliver team for eight years, working with clients such as Cisco, Nestle, NASDAQ OMX, ING, BlackRock and Vestas in more than a dozen countries around the world. He brings an expertise in improvisation and creative collaboration to his work with leaders and teams at all levels.
Dan is the head of improv in the Drama Department at Stanford University and is on the teaching staff of Stanford’s Graduate School of Business as well as the d.school (Design School). He has also taught acting and improvisation at the American Conservatory Theater, Academy of Art University and Dominican University.
A former dean of Bay Area Theater Sports (BATS) School, for over a decade Dan delighted audiences as a Mainstage Player with BATS Improv. He is a founding member of the award-winning San Francisco-based comedy group Kasper Hauser.
Dan earned his degree in Cognition and Creativity from Stanford University.
Danielle Krause

A second-generation opera singer, Danielle brings performance experience to her work as it specifically relates to the voice. She is the founder of a private voice studio where she teaches vocal technique, linguistic skills and performance expertise.
Danielle holds bachelor’s degrees in both Cultural Anthropology and Photo-Communication, as well as a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy with honors from the University of Miami. Her post-graduate work focused on Expressive Arts Therapy and Somatic Therapy. Danielle speaks 5 languages and currently resides between Hamburg, Germany and Miami, Florida.
Judith Lorick

Judith Lorick, Performance Coach, specializes in leadership and team development, diversity inclusion and belonging, culture change and executive coaching for multinational organizations in the U.S. and Europe. She naturally works in a way that quickly forms bonds, instills trust, and helps people find their voice and give their best in any situation.
After more than 25 years in leadership positions, including 13 years in Human Resources, Judith gave voice to her passion and established a successful career as a jazz singer, first in California and the in France. During her 28 years in Europe, she also served as adjunct faculty at Theseus International Management Institute in France, DIEU in Brussels and has been a regular contributor to leadership programs at IMD International Management Institute in Lausanne, Switzerland for more than 15 years. Back in the U.S she has coached on leadership programs at Harvard and Columbia Business Schools.
Judith has a B.A. in Modern Languages from Swarthmore College and is fluent in French and Spanish and conversant in Italian and German. After returning to the U.S. from Europe 6 years ago she has recently relocated to Panama.

Leo is an Obie-Award-winning stage actor who has performed at leading theaters across the U.S. and Western Europe, originating roles at New York’s Playwrights Horizons, Seattle Rep, Berkeley Rep, D.C.’s Shakespeare Theatre, LA’s Geffen Playhouse, Kirk Douglas Theater, South Coast Repertory, the Old Globe, and many others; and he was a co-founder of New York’s internationally acclaimed Elevator Repair Service theater company.
A graduate of Yale, Leo has also worked in activism and politics, co-managing two winning Los Angeles City Council campaigns. He is a recipient of the 2023 LA Drama Critics Gordon Davidson Award for distinguished contribution to the Los Angeles theatrical community, as well as the 2023 Stage Raw "Queen of the Angels" Award, for his co-leadership of a coalition whose efforts led to the passage of California state law SB1116, the Performing Arts Equitable Payroll Fund.
Alex Moggridge

Alex’s work with Stand & Deliver has included coaching executives from Twitter, Cisco, and Siemens, amongst others, and leading engagements for Randstad, Google, UBS, World Bank, and the United Nations. At the core of his work is a goal to help leaders express themselves clearly, genuinely, and empathetically. Pulling from his background in the worlds of performance, consulting, and design thinking, his work is based on a fundamental curiosity about people and the way they function, collaborate, and inspire.
Alex’s teaching and coaching career has spanned multiple continents and numerous corporations, universities, and theatre conservatories. Also an actor and writer, Alex has written plays for the stage and scripts for documentaries. He has appeared in theaters in the US, UK and Hong Kong, and on-screen in film and television (most recently in Netflix’s The Defenders).
Alex holds a master’s degree from American Conservatory Theater. After moving to the US from London at a young age, he grew up in the San Francisco Bay Area. He currently resides in Brooklyn NY.

His primary focus is to help professionals improve productivity and reduce stress through elevated human interactions. His expertise is derived from both the business and performance worlds. He holds an M.B.A. in Finance & Marketing from the University of Miami, and an M.F.A. in Acting from the George Washington University.
In addition to his work with S&D, Paul is an accomplished actor and director. He has been seen on several network TV series, and has earned two Barrymore awards for outstanding stage performances in Philadelphia. He also teaches acting at Villanova University.
Shann Nix

Shann Nix, Writer and Performance Coach, is the co-author, with Peter Meyers, of As We Speak. She is a Pulitzer Prize-nominated journalist and a novelist, playwright and radio talk show host. As the youngest female newstalk host in the U.S., Shann hosted her own radio show for 10 years on KGO, the number-one station in the San Francisco Bay Area. As a reporter for the San Francisco Chronicle, Shann went undercover posing as a high school senior for a front-page series on education, which was nominated for a Pulitzer Prize and later turned into the movie Never Been Kissed, starring Drew Barrymore. Shann’s columns and social commentaries have been reprinted widely in anthologies, and her novel,Wildcatting, published by Doubleday in 1993, went to number one on the Italian bestseller list.

A veteran actor, Joseph has performed at theaters across the U.S., including the Kennedy Center, Guthrie Theater, and Berkeley Rep. His motion capture work includes projects such as NBA 2K, Mafia, Star Wars: Tales from Galaxy's Edge, and Fortnite.
He holds an MFA from USC and a degree from Santa Clara University. Based in Benicia, CA, he lives with his family and serves as Vice-Chair of the Benicia Arts and Culture Commission.

Carrie is also an accomplished stage actor with 25 years of leading roles in regional theater. Her Off-Broadway credits include About Alice (by famed New Yorker writer Calvin Trillin) and Ideation, which received a Critic’s Pick from The New York Times. Her voice work can be heard in Pixar’s The Good Dinosaur, Finding Dory and the Toy Story 4 short Lamp Life.
She is the proud co-founder of StageWrite, a thriving nonprofit that builds literacy through theater with underserved elementary school children. She holds a B.A. in Theatre Arts and Women's Studies, with honors, from the University of California Santa Cruz, and an M.A. in Educational Theatre from New York University.

His work is based on a profound interest in people and how they interact and unite.
Jason draws from his business acumen and design thinking expertise he built while working and living on five continents, which helped him inform an inquisitive outlook on people and their interactions and partnerships. Also unconventional and adventurous, Jason stepped away from the corporate arena to travel worldwide, pursuing his artistic and altruistic passions, working with the artist Prince and a non-profit in APAC.

Fredrika Rylander

Fredrika is a leadership and communication specialist with nearly 30 years of experience spanning both corporate leadership and executive coaching. She has worked with hundreds of leaders across global organizations including UBS, Google, Coca-Cola, P&G, AstraZeneca, and GE, helping them strengthen executive presence, drive cultural transformation, and build high-performing teams.
Before transitioning to coaching and training, Fredrika spent 15 years leading global communications and organizational change initiatives for Fortune 500 companies including Visa, SITA, Intuit, and Canon. As a communications executive, she directed external and internal communications strategies, led cross-cultural teams, and championed large-scale culture change programs giving her firsthand insight into the leadership challenges her clients face.

Kate Shindle

As a coach, Kate draws on her background as an actor, writer, activist, and organizational leader to sharpen clarity and precision in both written and spoken communication. Kate has starred in four Broadway shows and two national tours, performed at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and theaters across the country, and appeared in numerous film and television projects. As the nine-year president of Actors’ Equity, she led efforts to strengthen the union while serving as a trustee for the Entertainment Community Fund and Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
Her first book, Being Miss America, was published by the University of Texas Press, and her writing has appeared in Variety, Newsweek, Salon, and The Daily Beast. She lives in New York City.
Liz Sklar

In her work with clients including Genentech, Gilead, Twilio, Google, IVP, CZI, Waymo, and the Cartier Women’s Initiative, Liz’s work has crossed industries from pharma to finance and frequently focuses on leaders in the innovation economy. She is especially inspired by female entrepreneurs and executives and is invested in empowering them to harness their innate power and wisdom to further their careers and expand their missions.
Liz has acted professionally in both film and theater, including leading roles at premier regional theaters such as California Shakespeare Festival and American Conservatory Theatre. “From the performance world I bring the craft required for developing presence and uncovering the natural voice,” she says.
She holds an MFA in Acting from ACT, a BA in Theater Arts from Brown University, and studied at the Universite de Paris.
Oliver Spensley-Corfield

Working with Medtronic, Siemens, and Cisco teams, Oliver Spensley-Corfield has helped global leaders gain effective tools for large presentations and one-to-one conversations. Based in the UK, his coaching has spanned clients from the US, Europe, Asia, South America, and Australia.
Oliver’s background as an elite athlete in international sailing includes winning world championships and national titles. He has worked with Olympic medalists and draws comparisons between the communication dynamics that enable high-performing athletes and business professionals to produce world-class results.
Oliver holds both a Master’s Degree in Sport Psychology and a First Class BSc in Sport and Exercise Science from Cardiff Metropolitan University and a PGDip in Psychology from Derby University.
Avanthika Srinivasan

Avanthika Srinivasan comes to Stand & Deliver from the performing arts, having recently graduated from the MFA acting program at the American Conservatory Theater. Recently, she was seen in Testmatch at A.C.T, directed by Tony Award winner, Pam MacKinnon. Also a graduate of Princeton University’s French and Theater program, Avanthika started her artistic career studying Molière and Corneille’s classical plays while working with underclassmen in scene study workshops where she discovered the importance of clear communication and transformation.
Born in India and raised in Singapore and New Jersey, Avanthika speaks 4 languages and has extensive knowledge of interacting with people across various cultures. Also an Indian Classical vocalist, Avanthika has been giving solo concerts around the country since the age of 13, which has allowed her to deepen her interest in high stakes performance. Her hobbies include skiing, scuba diving, and oil painting.
Clark Sterling

His teaching and consulting for universities and non-profit organizations include the Stanford and Wharton Business Schools, UCSF, UDEM and California State Fund.
After graduating from Stanford University as president of his class, Clark’s work as a professional actor and singer took him to Broadway and theaters across the United States. When he moved to the Bay Area, he founded Sterling Performances to write and direct theatrical productions for corporate and civic events. Clark currently resides in Napa Valley.
Alexander Tolstoy

His background includes teaching and coaching executives at IMD in Lausanne, Switzerland, to build confidence, clarity, and connection towards achieving greater impact. Alexander believes that leadership is not just a title or a position, but a mindset and a set of skills and principles that can be developed and nurtured over time.
He also brings creative experience as a stage and screen actor, having starred in TV drama series and performing at Sweden's celebrated public theaters. Alexander earned his BA in Performing Arts from the University in Gothenburg and studied acting at HB Studio in New York City. Alexander lives in Stockholm, Sweden, with his wife and three boys. He enjoys tennis and hiking and has summited Mt. Blanc, the highest mountain in the Alps.

Dawn is a professional actor in film, television, and the stage, as well as a writer, director, and educator. With career experience working in tech and regional sales, she combines her multiple career paths to offer unique expertise to clients.
As a teacher, Dawn has taught at universities including Yale and Ohlone College, and in the education departments of theater companies including Berkeley Rep, Ubuntu, and TheaterWorks. She also created a mentor and anti-bullying advocacy program for youth in public schools.
Dawn has a B.A. in Psychology from California State University Hayward, an M.A. in Theatrical Production from Central Washington University, and multiple certifications in education.
Alex Villarreal

Alex Villareal is a seasoned experiential training and development professional with 17 years of experience as a consultant, coach, trainer and facilitator with clients including Cemex, Cisco Systems, Whirlpool, Mars, Ternium and GE. His human-centered approach focuses on leadership and high-performing teams.
He is a mountain and rock climber who has successfully summited Mount Everest, crossed Greenland on skis, and climbed the highest and most remote mountains around the world. He also enjoys being an ultra-marathon trail runner.
Alex serves on the Board of Directors of the Experiential Training and Development Alliance. He is an associate at The Browne Center for Innovative Learning at the University of New Hampshire and founder of Odisea Consulting based in Monterrey, Mexico.
Courtney Walsh

Courtney brings a multifaceted background as an actor, attorney, teacher, and competitive equestrienne to her work with clients such as Genentech, Google, CGAP, Pinegrove Ventures, and Okta. She helps professionals integrate intellect with physical self-awareness, empowering more articulate, confident, and compelling communication.
A seasoned performer and educator, Courtney has appeared on stages in ten countries and taught theater performance, history, and analysis at Stanford University and institutions worldwide. During a 15-year hiatus from acting, she pursued her passion for child advocacy as a lawyer, representing abused children from trial through the California Supreme Court. Her legal and artistic experiences inform her coaching, offering clients a unique blend of analytical precision and dynamic presence.
A lifelong competitive equestrienne, Courtney also draws on her horsemanship expertise to teach body language, empathy, and leadership. She holds a B.A. in Theater Studies from Yale, a J.D. from the University of San Francisco, a TEFL certificate in English instruction, and a DELF B2 French language certification. He is motivated by the transformation that occurs when people recognize their innate capacity to engage and influence others with genuine authority.
Before joining Stand & Deliver, Clive spent over 30 years in the performing arts as an actor, director, and educator, most recently serving as Executive Director of California Shakespeare Theater. He has also held leadership positions in the tech, publishing, and marketing sectors, bringing a cross-industry perspective to his coaching.
His work has been recognized with multiple regional theater awards, including Bay Area Theater Critics Circle and Dean Goodman Choice Awards for acting, and Shellie Awards for directing. A lifelong educator, he is proud to count Zendaya among his former students.
Jennifer Wintzer

Her professional theatre background informs her coaching philosophy. Drawing on her experience in both the artistic and Learning and Development spaces, she helps clients communicate authentically and achieve their goals while building connections to purpose-driven work.
Jennifer is passionate about the intersection of arts and social enterprise. She has led educational programs and community initiatives for major cultural institutions, universities, and grassroots organizations. Her work spans Broadway, off-Broadway, and regional theaters such as Lincoln Center Theater, Second Stage Theatre, and Repertory Theatre of St. Louis, where she has served as an educator, director, and creative producer.
Jennifer holds an MFA in Classical Acting with a directing focus from George Washington University and a BFA in Musical Theatre from Webster University.
Based in the Midwest, Jennifer teaches at Webster University and St. Louis University and supports research programs at WashU, where she is also an MBA candidate. Blending her love of storytelling with social impact, she focuses on interdisciplinary research and program development for students to executive leaders in family philanthropy and private enterprise.
