Clive’s work with Stand & Deliver has included coaching leaders and teams at Google, Genentech, Medtronic, Siemens, and Caterpillar to communicate with clarity, authenticity, and presence. Drawing on decades of experience as a performer, educator, and executive, he helps clients uncover and strengthen the skills they already possess—developing the confidence to lead, connect, and inspire in high-stakes environments. He is motivated by the transformation that occurs when people recognize their innate capacity to engage and influence others with genuine authority.
Before joining Stand & Deliver, Clive spent over 30 years in the performing arts as an actor, director, and educator, most recently serving as Executive Director of California Shakespeare Theater. He has also held leadership positions in the tech, publishing, and marketing sectors, bringing a cross-industry perspective to his coaching.
His work has been recognized with multiple regional theater awards, including Bay Area Theater Critics Circle and Dean Goodman Choice Awards for acting, and Shellie Awards for directing. A lifelong educator, he is proud to count Zendaya among his former students.
