Having lived in South Africa, England and now in Switzerland, Kim Richards brings a global perspective which helps her develop strong connections with clients throughout the world, including Cisco, Caterpillar, and Siemens.
Her 20-year background as a technology executive has given her in-depth experience in leading large teams through organizational changes, times of uncertainty, and agile transformations. She says those experiences “bring valuable personal examples from business into the coaching room, which allows our clients to place the learnings in context with their day-to-day roles.”
Kim is a member of the Global Young Leaders Alliance and Aiducation International, where she mentors and supports talented young adults. She has certifications in Systemic Coaching, Agile Leadership, and Mental Wellness.
