As a Stand & Deliver coach, she has worked with teams at Google, Roche, Microsoft, and Caterpillar, equipping leaders to refine their messaging, engage their audiences, and elevate their presence in high-stakes environments.

With over 20 years of experience as an educator, speaker, and coach, Alyson specializes in storytelling, performance, and audience engagement. She has taught master classes nationwide and worked across industries to strengthen authentic, influential communication. As a professional actor, director, and producer, she has worked with Netflix, HBO, Cinemax, and Amazon, appearing in films, network series, commercials, and off-Broadway productions. She has also coached actors on Fallout, Ramy, Cross, Fargo, Never Have I Ever, and And Just Like That, bringing a deep understanding of presence, adaptability, and nonverbal communication to her work.

An experienced auctioneer, she has helped nonprofits like The Eye Bank for Sight and NIAD Art Center drive engagement and fundraising success.

Originally from Okoboji, Iowa, Alyson graduated summa cum laude from Kansas State University with a master’s degree in Theatre and Speech. She lives in Manhattan with her daughter and their pet snails.
