Antonio Oliva

Antonio is a passionate career and leadership coach, communications trainer, and facilitator. He is on a mission to help leaders be heard and to advance how people communicate at work. His open and practical approach helps clients overcome fear and limiting beliefs and deliver clear keynotes that shift mindsets. His prima materia is joy, enthusiasm, centering gratitude and a zest for life.

Formerly a pilot trainer in the Italian Air Force, he draws upon over 20 years of business expertise and international corporate experience. He has worked with clients across a broad range of industries including manufacturing, energy, non-profits, healthcare, and financial services.

Antonio is Italian, lives in Switzerland and is fluent in English, Italian and German. He holds a Bachelor’s in Foreign Languages and Economics, a Master's in Energy Management, and is a certified systemic coach and trainer.
