Hans Middag

Hans Middag, Performance Coach, has worked with members of Stand & Deliver for more than a decade and has served our clients IMC, Ecco, Ferring, Actelion, Cisco and Royal HaskoningDHV, among others. His areas of expertise include crafting messages that win buy-in from executive boards and staying authentic while delivering a powerful business point.

Hans is an entrepreneur, trainer and executive coach with more than 25 years experience in the fields of sales, marketing, HR and learning and development. He served as the director of learning and development with the Dutch multinational consulting firm Randstad (a global provider of HR services and the second largest staffing organization in the world), where he built development programs for hundreds of senior managers and directors. Hans also served as HR business partner with Randstad, with a focus on companies in Southern Europe, China, Singapore/Malaysia and Australia.

He holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Facility Management and is an alumnus of INSEAD Fontainebleau and IMD Lausanne. Hans loves theatre, opera and live music performances. He lives in Rotterdam, the Netherlands. He plays the clarinet and the accordion.
