Jennifer Wintzer
Jennifer is a performance coach with Stand & Deliver, working with clients such as Arnold Ventures, Caterpillar, Cisco, Roche, and Waymo. Her professional theatre background informs her coaching philosophy. Drawing on her experience in both the artistic and Learning and Development spaces, she helps clients communicate authentically and achieve their goals while building connections to purpose-driven work.
Jennifer is passionate about the intersection of arts and social enterprise. She has led educational programs and community initiatives for major cultural institutions, universities, and grassroots organizations. Her work spans Broadway, off-Broadway, and regional theaters such as Lincoln Center Theater, Second Stage Theatre, and Repertory Theatre of St. Louis, where she has served as an educator, director, and creative producer.
Jennifer holds an MFA in Classical Acting with a directing focus from George Washington University and a BFA in Musical Theatre from Webster University.
Based in the Midwest, Jennifer teaches at Webster University and St. Louis University and supports research programs at WashU, where she is also an MBA candidate. Blending her love of storytelling with social impact, she focuses on interdisciplinary research and program development for students to executive leaders in family philanthropy and private enterprise.
