Joseph O'Malley

Having worked with teams at Genentech, Cisco, Deloitte, and IMC, Joseph O’Malley helps clients refine their voices and communicate with clarity, authenticity, and impact. Drawing on decades of performing arts experience, he guides industry leaders in strengthening their expertise through human connection—ensuring their ideas resonate and inspire action.

Joseph has taught courses and workshops at Napa Valley College, Marin Theatre Company, Marin Shakespeare Company, and the Stanford School of Business, helping professionals develop storytelling and communication skills that enhance leadership and influence. In addition to his work in the arts, he applies his background in quality assurance and process optimization to help clients structure their messaging with the same clarity and precision required in high-stakes industries.

A veteran actor, Joseph has performed at theaters across the U.S., including the Kennedy Center, Guthrie Theater, and Berkeley Rep. His motion capture work includes projects such as NBA 2K, Mafia, Star Wars: Tales from Galaxy's Edge, and Fortnite.

He holds an MFA from USC and a degree from Santa Clara University. Based in Benicia, CA, he lives with his family and serves as Vice-Chair of the Benicia Arts and Culture Commission.
