Kate Shindle
In a world where the sheer volume of information can be overwhelming, Kate helps leaders at Google, Randstad, and beyond craft simple, authentic messaging that cuts through the noise and creates impact.
As a coach, Kate draws on her background as an actor, writer, activist, and organizational leader to sharpen clarity and precision in both written and spoken communication. She works with clients to frame messages for maximum impact, ensuring their point isn’t lost in overly complex language that obscures its value.
Kate has starred in four Broadway shows and two national tours, performed at Carnegie Hall, Lincoln Center, and theaters across the country, and appeared in numerous film and television projects. As the nine-year president of Actors’ Equity, she led efforts to strengthen the union while serving as a trustee for the Entertainment Community Fund and Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.
Her first book, Being Miss America, was published by the University of Texas Press, and her writing has appeared in Variety, Newsweek, Salon, and The Daily Beast. She lives in New York City.
