A Tony-nominated New York actor with 9 Broadway credits, Mano has also guest-starred on numerous television shows, including The Blacklist, Elementary, and NCIS, as well voiced commercials for Cologuard, Ford, McDonalds, AT&T, Toyota, and others.

A Yale graduate, with an M.F.A from NYU Tisch, and the International Baccalaureate (IB) diploma, he is a guest faculty member at Columbia University and has taught master classes around the country. A dual citizen, Mano speaks 3 languages.
