Mike McGowan

Working with teams at Google and Cisco, Mike McGowan helps individuals elevate their communication, refine their messaging, and develop a commanding presence. His coaching equips professionals with the tools to build credibility, confidence, and connection—ensuring their ideas land with clarity and impact.

With a background in high-performance storytelling, Mike brings a deep understanding of presence, adaptability, and audience engagement. His experience in television and film, including Blue Bloods and Law & Order: SVU, informs his ability to help leaders connect authentically and deliver messages that resonate.

Additionally, Mike serves as President of the Board and as a doula for The Doula Program to Accompany and Comfort, a nonprofit that trains volunteers to provide companionship for individuals facing the end of life alone. This work closely aligns with his coaching at Stand & Deliver, where nuanced communication, deep listening, and empathy are essential to fostering meaningful engagement.

A South Dakota native, Mike holds a BA in English from Drake University and lives on the Upper West Side of Manhattan.
