Nawal Bengholam

Nawal is a seasoned professional whose diverse expertise bridges the worlds of entertainment, coaching, and business consulting. She coaches senior leaders and teams across the globe at organizations such as Google, Microsoft, Cisco, Caterpillar, Siemens, and Phillips.

With an interest in empathy and resilience, particularly among female executives, her work has significantly impacted clients at many women-led organizations and non-profits, including Cartier Women’s Initiative and Women Leaders for the World.
Nawal grew up in Casablanca/Morocco and currently resides in Los Angeles. She is fluent in English, French and Arabic.

She graduated from the University of California, San Diego with a dual major in Animal Physiology/Neuroscience and French Literature, and holds additional degrees in Physical Science and Mathematics.

In her spare time, she cherishes her philanthropy work, most notably with buildOn, Medicine for Humanity, The Flying Samaritans, and Women Creating Change.
